HISTORY OF HERO ESM

 

HERO was created by Zoe Younger. Zoe is a Roehampton, London graduate originally from Essex who possesses an ITEC level 4 diploma in Sports massage and an ITEC level 3 diploma in Holistic Massage. Aswell as a BSc in Sport Science and Sociology 

 

Zoe is an all round sportswoman and has played tennis, hockey and has swam at county level from an early age as well as nurturing interests in kite-surfing, ski randonee/ski touring, skiing, rock climbing, sailing, horse-riding, cycling, yoga and pilates.

 

She has also had experience within the following sports: Plyometrics training, walking, cycling, gymnastics, softball, trampolining, fencing, judo, golf, surfing, skiing and snowboarding, so she can easily relate to all sportswomen and sportsmens aches and pains!
